NOTES : It is normal to feel a slight tingling and even a temporary itching sensation when working with circulatory-stimulating foot soaks. Water should be warm enough to feel comfortably relaxed, not hot to touch and you should always feel better after use. We generally recommend soaks at least an hour before bedtime and away from Rx’s. For those opting for a full body soak, especially those with sensitivities to heat, please drink an ample amount of water before and after your soak and always listen to your individual body. Some with higher blood pressure may not tolerate herbal baths. We always recommend sitting upright with the head higher than the heart for any herbal bath. When in doubt, check with your physician. This soak is gently diaphoretic, encouraging the body to open its pores, release & perspire. Remember to lovingly replenish what is released, emotionally and physically. If you are pregnant, please run by your trusted practitioner.Store in a cool and dry place - dampness getting in the bag can lead to hardened clumps of salt. Use within 2 years of opening.
