Our flower essences are made from my direct relationship of growing, sitting with these plants, channeling, dreamwork, & journeywork alongside my two children. I feel strongly that the language of flowers is more easily accessible through a child’s open mind. As I’ve sat with these plants over the years with my children through their pre-talking days through half a decade later, our shared downloads began to paint a felt, collaborative portrait of the plants expressions. My experience of working with flower essences personally for almost 20 years has directly supported the transformation of various physical sensations through the emotional lens— I’m excited to share them here with you.

The channeled expressions below are a result of my intuitive, guided sessions with the plants. What you experience is all your own as you engage with an open heart and mind for your particular connection. Channeled Expressions

º Accepting the rhythm of aging & passing time—
When the flowers are picked, their blue-ish lavender hue drains within minutes. Their crepe-y paper-thin petals wilt and slowly disintegrate and break down quicker than any flower I’ve worked with. We see this around the flower too— just as quickly as they bloom, their fallen petals are fed back to the earth and new blooms take their place. The cycle seen here reminds us how fleeting this timeline is. There is birth, movement and death, all at the same time in harmony.

º Ability to love freely without expectation—
A large message I received from this flower was that loving someone or something can free you when you allow them to exist as they are, without trying to change them or hold out for a particular form of acknowledgment or reciprocation. This kind of love, especially between family members, begins to flow naturally, unrestricted by any limitations, by past experiences or longing. Loving freely in this way has the ability to shift an entire lineage.

º Releasing rejection, failure or abandonment—
The subconscious mind works with these big energies and affects how we interact with the world around us. That may look like being extra guarded, avoidant of taking healthy risks or not choosing to access vulnerability. Chicory calls forth forgiveness for the sake of emotional freedom, growth & resilience; It calls on making peace with the past to make space for the future.

º Gracefully adapt to unexpected changes—
Experiences that come on suddenly with or without warning are aligned here. So much of Chicory’s magic is in its ability to adapt to its surroundings and make space where it wants to live, no matter the circumstances. It takes up just enough room to push through, grow some 4-5 feet tall and bloom continuously.

º A swift surrendering into ease—
Chicory has an energy of quick recovery for addressing moments of anxiety, fear, worry or shock. If you’re familiar with homeopathic remedies, it greatly spoke to me just as aconite would be an applied remedy for shock and the sudden onsets of a challenged but important feelings. Chicory feels like a cushion for a soft landing in meeting big emotions with honesty and grace, giving them a safe container to transform.

Suggested use:

Flower essences are most commonly internal remedies, taken by the drop under the tongue. For best results, tap the glass and place 3 drops under the tongue 2-4x a day. You may also find connection in dropping on the crown of your heart or the soles of your feet or taking in a glass of water. This is commonly a slow, vibrational remedy, generally taking anywhere from a few days to a few weeks+ to notice an ‘a-ha’ moment that there’s been a shift.

Flower essences strengthen our emotional body, not as a quick fix, but as a subtle guides, ushering our spiritual, mental, emotional & energetic body into transformation & alignment. Generally, essences don't have a flavor and will taste quite close to water, but depending on your sensitivity, you may pick up on very subtle nuances. We recommend keeping a journal or log to track your sensations. Oftentimes you won’t even notice the change happened until you realized your initial sensation has already transformed! This is the magic and beauty of an essence.
